All of our 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Goa, 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Goa & 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Courses Goa, India have been designed with Multi-Style to provide with an intensive knowledge of ancient Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yoga. Additionally, we also teach Mysore style yoga on occasional days. Meditation, Pranayama, Yogic Cooking, and Yoga Philosophy are some of the other aspects of yogic studies that you learn during your program.
